The Mole Sauce that Started our Story
Our grandmother immigrated to New York City carrying more than her suitcase. She carried stories, memories, and the flavors that reminded her of home. Since then, our family has been making mole the same way our grandmother learned to do it. Fifty years later, we still use her same recipe - sharing the authentic flavors of Puebla with families across the country.
