Mole Preparation Instructions
Instructions for 1 LB of Mole Paste
Place 1 LB of Mole paste on a warm pan
Add 2 cups/16oz/500ml of chicken stock, water or vegetable stock to dissolve
Stir in slow flame for 10 to 15 minutes or until desired consistency is reached
Ready to add over meat (chicken or turkey meat is recommended)
Can also be used as a sauce to add flavor to any dish
