Mole Enchiladas

  • Follow Preparation Instructions for Mole Paste

  • Warm tortillas until they are soft

  • Can use any meat (cooked) desired to fill and roll tortillas in the form of a taco

  • Add Mole Sauce on top of the tacos to cover them completely

  • Add fresh Mexican grated cheese on top

  • Bake in the oven until cheese is melty and enchiladas are warm 

  • Can also add a salad of lettuce, sliced onions and sliced radish on top of the enchiladas
