Mole Enchiladas
Warm tortillas until they are soft
Can use any meat (cooked) desired to fill and roll tortillas in the form of a taco
Add Mole Sauce on top of the tacos to cover them completely
Add fresh Mexican grated cheese on top
Bake in the oven until cheese is melty and enchiladas are warm
Can also add a salad of lettuce, sliced onions and sliced radish on top of the enchiladas
